In today's business environment, implementing artificial intelligence is becoming a key factor in competitiveness.  
I will help you develop a clear AI strategy for your company. We will start by creating a detailed roadmap outlining the key stages of AI implementation in your business. Together, we will analyse potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.  
We will pay special attention to identifying AI integration points that ensure the highest return on investment (ROI), helping you maximize the effectiveness of AI implementation.  

We will also discuss the structure and composition of the optimal AI team capable of bringing the developed strategy to life.

My team and I focus our efforts on researching and developing solutions based on Generative AI, AI Agents, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and Computer Vision.

Throughout my career, I have solved dozens of real business challenges by designing solution architectures, implementing relevant technologies, and leading team processes to achieve effective business results. I have also co-founded several businesses and startups in industries such as FoodTech, B2B SaaS, social media, food delivery services, and consulting. Thus, I deeply understand both the external and internal barriers and challenges that businesses typically face at the start and during the active phase of development.

I have extensive experience with the Amazon Web Services platform and am a certified AWS architect. I create scalable AI-based solutions and evolutionary architectures that can respond effectively to dynamic user and business needs. I have a deep understanding of serverless, cloud infrastructure, and evolutionary architectures, which are particularly valuable for businesses and startups planning long-term development.

In addition to technical knowledge, I am also skilled at building efficient team processes using agile development methodologies. I am a certified Scrum Master, which allows me to ensure team cohesion, quick adaptation to changes, and continuous process improvement.

Since 2013, I have been leading teams and team leads at WebLab Technology, managing a total of 38 engineers. I have conducted hundreds of technical interviews, which has honed my hiring skills, and, when necessary, firing, as my philosophy is that technology is only part of the solution, with the other part being people and the importance of proper processes that enable smooth solution evolution.

With a wealth of experience in software development, I focus on creating complex and powerful front-end solutions with an emphasis on logic. I am particularly skilled in React.js and Angular stacks. Additionally, I have been actively involved in backend development using a wide range of technologies such as Python, Node.js (TypeScript and JavaScript), Golang, Java, and .NET Core. My expertise includes working with various databases and other solutions that provide a reliable and scalable server infrastructure.

However, my experience goes beyond web development. I also work in the field of machine learning, building, training, and deploying ML models using powerful libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. My fundamental education in computer science, obtained at Kharkiv National University, along with an MBA from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and additional training at Berkeley, has provided me with a strong theoretical foundation and up-to-date knowledge in IT and business.

Everything I mentioned above, my connection to the world of technology, began more than 20 years ago when I created cartoons and games using Adobe Flash and ActionScript. I later became interested in competitive programming and, in 2007, joined the MaNGOS project - an open-source World of Warcraft emulator, where I formed the largest community of about 400,000 members with a team of 25 volunteer developers.

This early experience laid the foundation for my professional growth and leadership development. I learned the importance of not only technical knowledge but also the ability to build effective teams, connect with the community, and demonstrate leadership skills. These invaluable lessons defined my approach to work.

My main goal is to contribute to the development of Ukrainian startups and businesses. Ukraine has enormous potential, and I hope that Ukrainian businesses will provide a competitive advantage not only in the domestic market but also attract foreign investors and companies constantly seeking talented professionals. I believe our startups and businesses have every opportunity to become leaders in their industries and contribute to strengthening our country’s reputation as a technology and innovation hub.
