Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The service (Nu Work) too humanity is the greatest STEPS in life. My inspiration is to serve, to seek, to share. My top 3. Steve Jobs, Prof Parson, Mark Hamilton. All have given me a wealth of Critical knowledge in business. Steve Jobs was the co-founder of Apple. In 1997 in the video Steve Jobs explains his approach to marketing n thinking that lead to creating the now - iconic “Think Different” campaign refocus our efforts on Simplicity n quality.

How do you stay motivated?

Nu Work safety UpSkill training keeps me motivated building new safety nets every day of competent safe behavior. Nu Work every day Safety, is a safety mindset. When I think safety 1st, safety speaks of the scope and what is needed, i.e. PPE. Safety is my call to action. safety in practice is the theory. Safety in my thoughts, words, deeds, motivates me to build stronger safety habits which with UpSkill training development reduce risks, leads to safety confidence, safety conscious, safet

What would you do with the $25,000?

We would continue our focus in safety n investment in serving you. With 25K, we would obtain staff, we would establish mission statement, would obtain a building, would have an office, school, fellowship, training, library, media,and manufacturing areas. We would use every dollar to advance STEM education. STEPS [Safety Technology Engineering Physics Science] created 2019. a great solution to the crises in STEM/STEAM education. STEPS begins with Safety!!!, STEM begins with Science?
