**Geniuses City, LLC** (also known as the Land of Genius project) is currently developing a transformative eco-hotel and emotional and mental rebooting destination designed to offer a comprehensive approach to mental and physical well-being.
The company will provide unique accommodations combined with a variety of personalized emotional and mental rebooting programs, including holistic experiences aimed at enhancing cognitive flexibility and overall personal growth. This offering will enable the company to serve individual clients, business clients, and groups seeking specialized retreats designed to increase resilience to stress and improve overall physical and mental vitality.
The facility is located in the suburban area of Austin, Texas — a strategic location given the city’s affluent and highly educated population, making it an ideal environment for the company’s services.
Geniuses City, LLC was established on November 2, 2023. It is currently 99% owned by Ms. Golda Shabshai, with the remaining 1% belonging to Mr. Leonid Murashkovskiy. In the near future the ownership structure will change to 80% Golda Shabshai and 20% Igor Gridnev.
Construction of the facility commenced in 2026 and is expected to conclude by October 2026, with the official opening scheduled for November 2026. To date the company has already invested $720,000 to cover the purchase of land, permits, construction, architectural design, marketing, and intellectual property.
In preparation for the launch, marketing activities will begin in May 2026 with the launch of the pre-opening membership program. The company has designed multiple revenue streams to create a sustainable business operation. The first revenue stream is the annual membership program called the Geniuses City Passport, which will provide clients with exclusive benefits and discounted access to services and overnight stays. Once the complex opens, the core operations will include renting units to individual clients and offering corporate packages for businesses seeking retreats and support programs for their employees.
Ms. Golda Shabshai, the General Director, brings over 15 years of experience in emotional intelligence and non-standard thinking. She is a recognized leader in the field, an international speaker, author of more than 40 books on emotional intelligence, genius, self-development and business, and the creator of the QResource application that will be integrated into the Geniuses City experience.
To support the next phase of development, Geniuses City, LLC is seeking **$1,350,000** in funding to complete construction, purchase equipment, and strengthen its marketing efforts. The total project cost is **$2,500,000**, with **$1,150,000** planned as equity investment. The construction cost is approximately **$1.5 million**.
With its multi-stream revenue model, Geniuses City, LLC projects substantial financial growth in the coming years. The company expects revenue to grow steadily from the first full year of operations in 2027 onward, supported by increasing occupancy rates and recurring membership revenue.
