Main tasks

1. Search for information on startups and innovative business solutions both in Ukraine and abroad;
2. Fact-checking the found information;
3. Regular writing of unique and interesting SEO-optimized articles, periodically - coverage of Instacs company news;
4. Creating content for social networks;
5. Timely submission of completed materials to editors;
6. Collaboration with other departments: working with marketing, design, and technical teams to create comprehensive projects.

The content writer should have strong writing skills, understanding of the target audience, as well as knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing.

Basic requirements

1. Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
2. Sufficient level of English to read and understand English-language materials;
3. Writing proficiency (spelling, punctuation, style);
4. Ability to work with large amounts of information;
5. Ability to use AI as an auxiliary tool;
6. Attention to detail;
7. Experience in writing unique texts;
8. Positive attitude towards edits;
9. Ability to plan your work schedule and meet deadlines.

Terms of cooperation

1. Remote format. We don't push for micromanagement but we are committed to meeting deadlines. The main thing is that the work is completed on time.
2. Adequate communication — we answer all questions, and if we don't have an answer, we are ready to find it together.
3. Strict adherence to internal policies, including Tone of Voice.
   Reward

The salary of a content writer can vary depending on many factors, such as the level of experience, the amount of content created, etc. We currently offer three reward options:

• Entry level: 10,000-20,000 UAH per month;
• Intermediate level: 20,000-35,000 UAH per month;
• Advanced level (experienced specialists): 35,000-60,000 UAH per month.

We can also offer a cooperation option for freelancers — UAH 400-4,000 per article.
