I earned a specialist degree in economics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Later, I obtained an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, USA.
In 1999, I founded and became the first dean of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs), where I worked until 2008. After that, I held the position of president at the Malaysia Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, where I was involved in implementing innovative development strategies.
In 2014, I had the honor of serving as the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, focusing on reforms aimed at deregulation and improving the business climate in the country.
After completing my work in the government, I continued my activities in the field of education and consulting. In particular, I was the president of the Kyiv School of Economics, the founder of the UCU School of Public Management, and the co-founder of the Schumpeter School of Innovation.
Currently, I am a member of the supervisory boards of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic," the City Institute, and Raiffeisen Bank Aval. I also serve on the International Advisory Council of GLOBSEC and the board of directors of Transparency International Ukraine.
My work has always been aimed at the development of education, the economy, and society, and I continue to work on implementing innovative approaches to achieve these goals.
