About us

OXO Group is a leading investment firm of the tech sector in the European region. It includes a network of business angels as well as various financial and strategic investors as equity partners. OXO Labs is a startup accelerator operating in the CEE region as a subsidiary of OXO Technologies Holding, a European listed tech investor. Acceleration activites target early stage tech innovations from diverse areas which have the common ambition of building international success from game changer ideas. Besides acceleration services OXO Labs provides pre-seed and seed funding as qualified incubator under EU state aid regime as well as participates in hybrid crowdfunding as lead or co-investor of its own accelerated projects.

Programs

OXO Labs runs its programs both in the area of facilitating and mentoring early stage tech projects in line with lean strategy principles and also by supporting and funding such projects to boost growth and market entrance. Acceleration may cover pre-seed and seed funding with the aim of producing MVP-level products and testing product-market fit as well as the preparation of subsequent funding round including the invitation of the right mix of co-investors. Regular mentoring involves both a large number of active board members and investors of OXO Technologies Holding with diverse professional backgrounds just as numerous outside experts invited for indusrty related topics. Besides general acceleration services OXO Labs also maintains industry specific incubation progams in the area of cybersecurity, sporttech, esport and egaming including all innovations targeting the leasure and tourism sector.

OXO Cybersecurity Lab is the first dedicated cybersecurity incubator in the CEE region, integrating a wide range of professional mentors and industry experts. Focus areas are primarily ideas on the security problems of special or industrial systems, IoT, SMEs, end users and national security. Projects at development or prototyping phase or those who already have launched product may equaly apply to the program which includes regular mentoring as well as funding at pre-seed or seed stage.

OXO sporttech, esport and egaming incubation program targets early stage technology innovations that are broadly related to the field of sport and gaming. The program also covers projects that are linked to tourism or entertainement and are based on breaktrough innovations. Each industry sectors involves collaborating partners that can offer extensive business network and expertise to accelerate product launch and expansion, complemented by pre-seed and seed funding.
